Narre Warren Tennis Club playing at Casey Tennis Centre, located at Sweeney Reserve, Berwick, which is also currently occupied by soccer, football, softball, tee-ball and netball clubs. 

 

Our club has junior and senior competitions playing on Saturday and Sunday mornings in the BDTA & WDTA.  With a membership of approximately 160 members, we are one of the biggest tennis clubs in the region and with upwards of 1,500 people accessing and playing on our courts every year, there is a great deal of exposure for your company.

 

We believe that our club is sponsors dream and presents a fantastic opportunity to expand and promote your business. Our teams play from Pakenham to Hawthorn and from Seville to Devon Meadows, giving potential sponsors a greater reach.  Teams play home and away ties in these areas.

 

Plans for the club include; maintenance of all courts and equipment, landscape improvements and beautification, increased participation in all competition, social and coaching areas, large social media advertising campaign to increase membership and hosting of several tournaments throughout the year.

 

There are 4 Sponsorship Packages, Platinum (next availability 2020), Gold, Silver and Bronze.

Platinum Sponsorship:

• 5 Year Contract: ($2,500.00 per year +signage)

• Sponsor logo’s sub-laminate printed onto playing shirts in 2 locations, left-hand sleeve and right-hand breast.

• Tennis Court Sponsor Signs (2 Courts, Sign 1800x1200 – sign to be provided – banner works best) 

• Sponsors Name under NWTC Logo on all newsletters (inc. Club Newsletters, Coaching Newsletters – Advertising, Current Database, Tournament Entry Forms)

• Website will have links to Sponsor site from sponsor page and a small advertisement on Home page

• 5 Free Senior Memberships, valid for 1 Year: Value of $650.00

• One Free Club hire (1-month notice required) - entire club is yours

• Invitation to our sponsor’s night.

 

Gold Sponsorship:

• 3 Year Contract: ($2,000.00 per year +signage)

• Tennis Court Sponsor Signs (2 Courts, Sign 1800x1200 – sign to be provided – banner works best) 

• Sponsors Name under NWTC Logo on all newsletters (inc. Club Newsletters, Coaching Newsletters – Advertising, Current Database, Tournament Entry Forms)

• Website will have links to Sponsor site from sponsor page and a small advertisement on Home page

• 4 Free Senior Memberships, valid for 1 Year: Value of $520.00

• One Free Club hire (1-month notice required) - entire club is yours

• Invitation to our sponsor’s night.

 

Silver Sponsorship:

• 3 Year Contract: ($1,000.00 per year + signage)

• Tennis Court Sponsor Signs (2 Courts, Sign 1800x1200 – sign to be provided – banner works best)

• Website will have links to Sponsor site from sponsor page

• 2 Free senior memberships: Value of $260.00

• Court Hire Vouchers 50% Discount: Valid for 1 year, can used for employees or customers

• Invitation to our sponsor’s night.

 

Bronze Sponsorship:

• 1 Year Contract: ($500.00 per year + signage)

• 1 Small sign located on corner of court (900x600) - determined by Tennis Club

• Website will have links to Sponsor site from sponsor page

• Invitation to our sponsor’s night.

 

Conditions of Sponsorship.

 

1. Sponsorship packages will be offered and valid for the timeframe shown.

 

2. Payment of the full sponsorship amount is payable to the Narre Warren Tennis Club and required at the beginning of the agreement, then on anniversary of the agreement.

 

3. Court signage must be no larger than the specified sizes. Signs are at the sponsor’s expense and should be approved by the club prior to installation.

 

4. The allocation of sign positions will be decided on a first come, first serve basis, where a signed sponsorship agreement secures position

 

5. The use of the club’s facilities for your own private function is subject to availability and must be approved by the Tennis Club

 

6. Current sponsors will be given first option of renewing their sponsorship at the conclusion of the agreement.

 

7. Cheques are to be made payable to Narre Warren Tennis Club and returned to Casey Tennis Centre, PO Box 142, Berwick, Victoria, 3806.
